But do you know that the CJSA runs Yiddish classes at all their branches? And once a year in August, there’s the 3 day Ot Azey Yiddish course - referred to as a Yiddishe mikvah. For the 3 days you are immersed in Yiddishkeit - language, food, song and entertainment. For instance, you don’t just have a tea break, but you do a Yiddish tea drinking ceremony.
